Tuff Mobility is more than a mobility scooter company. We are committed to supporting Australians who need independence but may not have the financial means to access it.
Through our Community “Give Back” program, donated scooters are refurbished and provided to individuals in need.
INDEPENDENCE SHOULD BE SHARED
Some of our valued customers choose to will their mobility scooters back to Tuff Mobility.
We honour that legacy by restoring and rehoming those scooters to someone who truly needs one.
We carefully refurbish each scooter, ensure safety compliance, and match it to an appropriate recipient.

Scooters are donated directly or via estate planning arrangements.
Assessment
Our technicians inspect the scooter for safety, functionality and suitability.
Refurbishment
Servicing, battery checks, electrical testing and safety upgrades are completed.
